season of sorrow

   War-Tsunami-Mudslides

My deepest sympathy goes out to my brothers and sisters around the globe--and here in southern California--for the loss of life and painful suffering that you're enduring.

"They were so pure and good."

I have a daughter. And a girlfriend. My daughter is six.

To think of losing her and Candice too? It rips from me my organs and veins and bones.

Jimmy Wallet - were there some symbol I could create, some gesture I could make to show my sympathy - were such a thing of any value at all - i surely would offer you that. But in the absence of such a thing, I just type this and cry with you.

Thanks for your comment, Mr. Strauss. I understand completely. I suffered a loss last year that I am still trying to recover from. All I know is to reach out to each other in such sad times. Warmly, Poppy
